What is the span between posts?
Answer:
Our fence is designed to have the posts spaced maximum 8 feet apart on center. Fence rails can be cut down to accommodate smaller openings.

What are the dimensions of the posts?
Answer:
The post body is 2 1/4″ square.
Question 3:
How are the posts mounted?
Answer:
Quick Kit fence can be used for surface mount or in-ground installations. Base plates or ground mounting tubes are ordered separately from the posts depending on type of mounting.

Can the fence accommodate slopes?
Answer:
Yes, the fence can accommodate slopes using the step method. A longer post is available (Fence drop post) for this application that can accommodate a 6” drop per post.

How tall is the fencing?
Answer:
The various styles of fencing are all 72” high.
Question 6:
What is the wind rating?
Answer:
The fence has been wind load tested to 100 mph. This testing is available for your building department on request.
Question 7:
What colors and styles are available?
Answer:
The fence is available in 6’ high privacy panel or 6’ high privacy panel with lattice top in textured white, wood grain & Yard bronze finishes; 72” high picket fence is also available in black only. Check our catalogue for decorative options available for our fence line.

Are fasteners included with each component?
Answer:
Fasteners are sold as a separate part by the box.
Question 9:
How wide is the gate and what comes with it?
Answer:
The complete gate is designed to fill a 48″ opening. The gate itself is 46 1/2″. It comes with hinges and a latch which each take up 3/4”. Screws are ordered by the box and come separately.
Question 10:
What is the warranty policy?
Answer:
The railing is covered for twenty years against any material defects for the original purchaser. Making a warranty claim will require proof of purchase and evidence of a claim. Approved claims will have defective product replaced with new. Please see our warranty page for complete details.
